Wreath It To Us is partnering with RevolutionNJ on a new initiative to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States!
As New Jersey prepares to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution, this project serves as a bridge between our nation’s founding ideals and the men and women who uphold them today. Each wreath is a symbol of gratitude, a gesture of community, and a reminder that the spirit of the Revolution is rooted in sacrifice and service.
How to get involved
We invite you to be a part of this landmark effort as we work to reach our goal of 250 wreaths. Whether you are a creative “wreath crafter,” a dedicated volunteer, or a local partner looking to support those who have served, there is a place for you in this mission.
Donate Your Talents: Join our network of volunteers to help craft or decorate the wreaths.
Craft your wreath independently or with friends, or join us for our wreath making party on June 7th! (details below)
Spread the Word: Help us identify veterans in your community who would be touched by this gesture.
Support the Cause: Make a financial or supplies donation. Reach out to join our volunteer board or assist with the logistics of delivering joy across New Jersey.
Wreath Making Event!
Join Wreath It To Us for this exclusive summer time wreath-making event!
When: June 7th, 2026 from 12:00 – 4:00PM
Where: American Legion Post 109, 424 Carmita Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070
What: This event is free, and lunch will be provided. The Wreath It To Us team will also provide glue and some patriotic supplies, but feel free to bring your own ribbons, baubles, trinkets, and other items.
